Easter Camp 2014

During the Easter period, the Victoria Scout Group organized a four-day camp at Dwejra. Around 80 members of the 3 sections within the group, Cub Scouts, Scouts and Venture Scouts as well as their leaders attended this camp. Each Section followed its programme. Activities included cookouts, incident courses, nature hikes, a clean-up of the area, various games, archery sessions, badge work and a campfire.

The Cub Scout Packs and the Venture Unit also organized activities in conjunction with the Cleaner and Greener Gozo Campaign organized by the Gozo Ministry. A group of around 20 Year 5 students and their teachers from Sannat Primary School joined the Cub Scouts for a day at camp and participated in all the activities held for the day including those for the World Scout Environment Badge and the campaign by the Gozo Ministry. English Scouter Dave Clements once again joined the campers at Dwejra.
