Founder's Day Dinner 2013

The Victoria Scout Group organized a Founder's Day dinner on the Saturday 16th February 2013 at its headquarters. The dinner started off with a smoked salmon mousse. This was followed by a sweetcorn soup served with a red pepper puree. The main course consisted of white wine and herb marinated chicken portions accompanied by roast potatoes, mixed vegetables and saffron rice. A sticky toffee and apple cake topped with a butterscotch sauce rounded off the meal.
