The Victoria Scout Group organised an open air dinner at the square of the hamlet of Santa Lucija on Saturday 2nd July 2011. The menu included a vegetable slice, a pasta salad with smoked salmon and artichoke hearts, herb marinated pork loin and a coconut panna cotta and pineapple gelée. Patrons were entertained by live music.
